Ability Home Services, LLC provides services to the adult ID/DD Waiver Population. Our holistic approach provides hands-on support, habitation, reintegration pathways into communal life, and other support services where necessary. These may include but are not limited to the following activities:
- Monitoring health and physical well-being
- Assistance with medication management, medical appointments, and other medical needs.
- Academic and or artisanal skills other than those prescribed by the individuals with Disability in Education Act
- Offers avenues for social, recreational, and religious activities with the use of available community resources
- Assist with problem-solving and decision making
Home Management
Assisting your loved ones to perform household tasks such as light housekeeping assistance, meal preparation assistance, as well as other tasks that would prove difficult for the patient due to their condition.
Personal Care
Patients usually neglect to maintain self-care and personal hygiene because of their disability and because of that they are at risk of developing problems with their skin, teeth, and more. Our services help them maintain personal care at the same time our professionals provide insight and advice on methods and ways for them to address their needs more conveniently.
